Water ice is a Philadelphia classic — close cousin to Italian ice. It’s a smooth, fruit-forward frozen treat made from water, flavor, and sugar, churned until it’s scoopable and refreshing.

No dairy, no heavy cream — just clean, cold, punch-you-in-the-mouth flavor. Lighter than ice cream, smoother than a snow cone, and a whole lot more fun than a popsicle.

Questions, answered

How far in advance should I book catering?+
It mainly depends on order size — we ask for 3–7 days notice. Larger orders need more lead time, so the sooner you reach out, the better. We’ll always try to work with you on timing.
What’s the minimum order?+
For in-town Mendota orders we have a 14-cup minimum, delivered by cooler drop-off. Planning a bigger event? We’ve got you covered — just tell us your headcount.
Do you deliver, and is there a fee?+
In-town Mendota delivery is free. Out of town up to 15 miles is a $10 delivery fee, and 15–30 miles is $20. Farther than 30 miles? Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you require a deposit?+
No deposit for in-town orders. Large orders, and drop-offs more than 15 miles away, require a deposit — contact us for accurate pricing.
How long does water ice stay frozen after drop-off?+
Kept properly in the coolers we provide — lids closed and out of direct sunlight — it stays frozen for about 4–6 hours.
Can guests mix flavors? Any extra charge?+
Yes! Two flavors in a cup at no extra charge. Want 3 or more? It’s just a 50¢ upcharge per cup. Mix your own or grab a favorite like The Spidey (sour cherry + blue raspberry).
How can I pay?+
We accept cash and debit/credit card.
Is water ice dairy-free?+
Water ice is water-based with no dairy or cream, which makes it lighter and more refreshing than ice cream. If you have a specific allergy or dietary question, just ask us before ordering.
